v2.49 update

A few unit adjustments and a big overhaul to the 2nd Korean war campaign.

The Black Eagle tank has had a significant change, getting a much faster firing bustle style auto-loader, akin to the auto-loader on the Leclerc. While the game displays an ROF of 11, including the pauses to reload the carousel, the instantaneous ROF is 13 rounds per minute.

This of course, has come with an increase in price to 165.

T-90AM gun accuracy improved to 75%/65%

The French AMX-10P, Griffon and VAB T20/13 have each had a price buff of 1 point.

The Leclerc tank line has had its size increased back to large.

Rafale aircraft have all had an overhaul; maneuverability has been improved (given how the aircraft physics work, this is really difficult to quantify, so test it and let me know how it goes)

I've also loaded more missiles onto most of the Rafale's, but to do this I had to hide the guns - they're still there, they are just hidden on the unit card, including on the Egyptian Rafale EM.

Mica IR missiles have had their Anti-helo range buffed from 2275m to 4200m

Semi-active Meteor missiles have had their launch speed, aim time and acceleration buffed, with the intent of improving their effectiveness against aircraft armed with FF missiles. I'd like some feedback on how this change has impacted air-combat. Vs ~9000-10000m missiles, a plane with Meteors should be landing the first shot.

Tifon tank availability reduced for Danube pact.

Type 31 Frigate Brimstone missile fire time increased so the unit pauses longer between volleys.

Small diameter bombs have been altered to fire in salvos of 2, not 3, with most F-35's now carrying 4 instead of 6, owing to better images of how the SDB's stow in the internal bays with missiles. Damage increased from TOP 13 to TOP 15, since I was previously only limiting them so they wouldn't be OP, given how aircraft would just spam them.

SDB fire time has also been slowed, so they'll be easier to micro, but you won't saturate an area in a single pass.

The US F-35A now carries 3 DRADM as its air to air missile, instead of 2 Aim-9X.

F-16 C/J Wild weasel plus now carries 3 HARM missiles instead of 2.

The top attack damage table has been updated; top attack weapons above AP 8 now do more damage to lower armor values than before, and most can one-hit kill unarmored targets, doing a minimum of 12-15 damage to 1 and 0 top armor.

The damage values listed in the guide have also been updated, as there was a frame shift and all the reported values were one row out of alignment.

Campaign updates:

Initiative settings have been adjusted so the default in several cases is to have 2 initially, and a max of 4; this will mean that several new units will be much more operationally mobile, being able to reach where you're fighting faster, but don't have enough movement to race up to the front lines the turn they're called.

Aircraft BG movement has been reduced from 2 to 1 per sector, so all the SK air groups from the start of the game have the range to reach Pyongyang.

Multiple small adjustments to units in various battlegroups, with several battlegroups that previously only had 1HQ getting more. I've also rolled a couple of the Anti-air and artillery companies into each other, or into other BG's, to add in a greater variety of battlegroups.

There are probably a few spelling errors still in the new description text for a few things, let me know if you find an error.

I've named and given explanation text for the Canadian/ANZAC and Norwegian aircraft that come in with the Foch.

Two of the starting battlegroups have been upgraded; one to the US 2nd Infantry, another to an international BG with units from multiple nations.

The 'Carpathian Dragoons' are now available from turn 1; a Polish/Czech force in Korea as an outreach/training deployment that gets caught up in the fighting.

Other alternate BGs that are available (but not affordable) from turn 1; An advanced US airgroup, a multi-role Japanese Air-group and a US heavy armor unit.

A European special operations unit show up with the French units and a Polish/Romanian/Czech heavy armor unit shows up at the same time as the Germans to support the Carpathian Dragoons.

Redfor gets some upgrades too, with scattered unit improvements, some better tanks in the early attack waves and a Middle eastern 'International Communist' BG that shows up along with the Chinese.
