Wow, it's been a while since the last update!
I've added some new flags, with help from a contributor. Sweden/Turkey, New World order and Rogue States all have some re-vamped flags.
I've also altered the Aircraft and helo critical system. For one, all AA missiles have had a flat 10% boost to their critical chance, which means, more criticals.
In addition, the Critical tables for Aircraft and Helos has been expanded, from 10 to 20 possible results. A greater number of disabling results have been added, especially for frontal hits of helos; multiple frontal hits to helos will, while not always a sure kill, are much more likely to result in a functionally useless helo. For side and rear hits, disabling and kill shots should occur more frequently.
Overall income rates have also been reduced, as have the points bonus increments for the variable lobby settings for income rates.
Aircraft re-arming speeds have been increased by 15%
Unit updates;
Blufor cluster-aircraft have had 5-10 pt cost decreases and increases to their AoE to insentivise their use
The Chu-MAT ATGM team has had its crash-bug fixed (finally)
Infantry ATGM teams have had their availability decreased for several nations, especially the 10 man combat ATGM teams.
Several other infantry have also had their availability decreased, including ANZAC Bushdevils, Chinese Tanke-Shashou 98 and Canadian Van-Doos.
The UNASUR MANPADS teams and the Egypt-Syrian Militia have had their speed boosted to 25kph.
The Danube Pact Krokodil Transport/Recon chopper has had a big nerf; Points increase, availability reduction and ECM reduction.
The number of APS rounds has been reduced for lower cost tanks, like the Type 90-II.
US and USSR decks have had their default support tab slots reduced by one
The Iskander and Airskander have had their deck specializations tweaked so you are unable to take both in a specialized deck (but both remain available in an unspec deck).
The Iskander rocket flight speed has also been reduced, giving a target a little more reaction time before impact.
