So, Napalm was a little over-cooked in the 2.41 update. I've made a few changes to dial back the heat.
I'm using the same damage class as 12.7mm weapons, something I should have thought of sooner. This way, it'll damage all infantry equally, and only be able to cause damage to light vehicles, armor 0 or 1. It'll still cause morale damage to all units in the effect.
Additionally, I've moved the F-18E from the naval tab to the air tab for the US, and turned it into a pure ASF. Should keep the Marines happy.
