A big set of changes that will have to mostly be covered by summaries:
Deck sub-types have been re-ordered, with somewhere in the ballpark of 1500 individual adjustments. After a settling in period we'll look at further tweaks to make certain deck types more useful, looking at you armored.
Air to air missiles have been radically altered: damage has been lowered and critical chance has been increased. The critical hit tables have been adjusted. Details of the new critical hit tables are in the A&S players guide.
Yugoslavia has been upgraded to 'Danube Pact'; Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania and Ukraine plus equipment from former East Germany. All nations along the Danube river, hence the name.
New units include:
Behivott infantry
Gyalogsagok heavy infantry
PTKR Skif ATGM infantry
Vulturi Heavy SF infantry
RL-4M Tunguska
T-84 Oplot M tank
T-55M8-A2 Tifon tank
TR-85M1 tank
MLI-84M IFV
BMP-23 APC
PASARS AA vehicle
IAR 330 Transport helo
IAR 330 SOCAT attack helo
Ge.31 ZHABA attack aircraft
A new class of 'anti-heavy' weapons have been added: all have 1.1 HE damage to make them stand out. P-90's, MP-7's and new weapons in 6.5mm CBJ caliber have been the main recipient of this upgrade. With the way the class 1 damage table works, these weapons will do 1.1 x 0.75 HP damage per hit to all infantry types.
HMG's have been cosmetically adjusted; previously they did 0.75HE using the class 1 damage table value of 1.5. This has been swapped so the weapon displays 1.5HE and the class 1 damage table list 0.75 damage, so the end result will be the same amount of damage. 14.5mm HMGs have been raised to 1.75 HE
Air to Air missile speeds have been increased again. Hopefully I got them all. If you find any particularly slow Air to Air missiles, post a bug report about the unit.
Airborne ATGM and JDAM ranges were adjusted; long range weapons were reduced in range while the shorter range weapons were increased slightly.
